Counselling with Naomi offers a calm, compassionate space to explore whatever you’re moving through — whether it’s anxiety, grief, trauma, or a quiet sense of disconnection. Rooted in lived experience and a trauma-informed approach, our work together is about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, building self-trust, and moving forward with clarity and care.

My approach is holistic, warm, and person-centred. I tailor each session to meet you where you are — drawing from a range of therapeutic tools to support you in a way that feels grounded and meaningful:

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, combining strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centred approach.

Sessions are available in the following ways:
• Online (Zoom) — Comfortable, flexible, and accessible from wherever you are
• In-person (Currumbin, Gold Coast) — Held in a calm, private space for face-to-face connection
• Walk & Talk (nature-based sessions) — Gently guided counselling while walking together in one of the Gold Coast’s peaceful outdoor locations
Each format offers a spacious, grounding environment to support you in reconnecting with yourself — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
