Yoga for Healing, Grounding, and Coming Home to Yourself
It doesn’t matter how old you are, how inflexible you may feel, or how humble your physical practice looks. If you can breathe, you can practice.
To me, yoga is self-mastery—a way of returning home to yourself. There is nothing to gain and nothing to achieve, only letting go.
Through breath, movement, and awareness, yoga creates a safe pathway back into the body and gently cleanses the lens of perception so that we can encounter life just as it is, and ourselves just as we are—more present, more embodied, and more at peace.
About the Practice
I combine the structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and the fluidity of free movement with a trauma-informed approach that is sustainable, grounding and nourishing.
I invite students to let go of the form and instead focus on cultivating present moment awareness.
You’ll be guided to move with breath, build inner steadiness, and release old patterns held in the body. These classes support you to feel more embodied and connected — not just on the mat, but in your life.
