  • “I felt instantly at ease with Naomi due to her calm and compassionate nature. I learned so much from her in just a few sessions and gained some really simple and practical strategies that I continue to use. The most valuable thing I gained from seeing Naomi was that she didn’t let me stay in my head and intellectualise things – she was incredible at helping me feel safe to drop into my body and work through old thought patterns and difficult emotions in a gentle but powerful way that has had a lasting impact. Naomi is an intuitive, passionate, authentic and highly skilled therapist who I am very grateful to have met.”

  • “From my first session with Naomi, I could feel her sense of calm & warmth. Every session has been exactly what I needed. The way she navigates the sessions, holds the space for me to cry, laugh & share my frustrations has been beautiful & nurturing. She has helped me through trivial matters & the important, deep matters of the heart. I would highly recommend Naomi to any woman or mother looking for a therapist who makes you feel seen & understood and empowered!”

  • "Naomi has been such a source of comfort and support during some very challenging times in my life. Her calm and empathetic nature makes me feel safe to be open and honest with my experiences and emotions. Naomi takes the time to listen, validate and provide practical tools to manage the emotion at hand plus work on the root cause of the symptom. I have learnt and healed so much. I am very grateful for our sessions together and her support."

  • “After a few failed attempts with psychologists I didn’t feel comfortable opening up too, I finally found Naomi when at my worst. I was so scared to take the call but her kindness and understanding instantly shone through and put me at ease. Within minutes I was telling her things I’d never said out loud before and after our first video session, I had to meet her in person. Now I’m happier than I’ve ever been and thought possible. I know I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without her and I might not be here at all. I owe her my life and will never forget it. Thanks again, I honestly Love you Naomi.”

  • "At 36, I’d tried many therapies for trauma and emotional healing — from talk therapy to EMDR and Somatic Therapy. Each helped in different ways, but in 2023 I knew I needed something more. I found Naomi after weeks of searching, and instantly felt her warmth and gentle presence over the phone. In our first session, she held space for me with authenticity and introduced me to Internal Family Systems — a method that felt like the missing piece. Her trauma-informed, holistic approach has helped me deeply connect with myself. I’ll continue working with Naomi as new parts arise. She’s truly one of a kind.”

About Naomi

Naomi is a trauma-informed counsellor and yoga teacher based on the Gold Coast, offering a gentle, holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. With a background in somatic therapy, Ashtanga yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork, she supports clients in reconnecting with themselves — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

After starting her career as a journalist in Nepal, Naomi felt drawn toward the spiritual depth of the culture rather than the newsroom. Years later, as a mother of two, she found her way back to herself through yoga — discovering the power of presence, compassion, and embodied awareness.

Since completing her yoga training in 2013, Naomi has worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse in Australia and Cambodia, using trauma-sensitive yoga as a tool for healing. Her approach is simple and breath-led: “If you can breathe, you can practice.”

As a registered holistic counsellor, and someone who has navigated the challenges of motherhood and chronic illness, Naomi now weaves together deep understanding from her own healing journey and lived experiences, as well as years of practice with somatic and cognitive, evidence-based therapeutic tools — supporting people navigating anxiety, trauma, motherhood, identity, nervous system dysregulation and overwhelm.

When she’s not on the mat or in session, she’s walking in nature — one step at a time, returning to herself.
